If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

The product must be unused with all original packaging, accessories and the invoice.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage claims.
Software issues covered by the manufacturer's warranty are handled by the brand's service center.

If a replacement is unavailable, we issue a full refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method (or bKash/Nagad for COD orders).
